Shipping & Returns

Shipping cost is calculated in the checkout based on the weight of the items purchased and location we are shipping to.
Tax and import duties are the customers responsability and we have no control over your countries customs calculations.
Each order is sent via Correos.es and will have a tracking number for you to follow your parcel's movements. Parcels will be sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays everyweek unless requested as urgent. Unfortunatly we cannot control the shipping times but we endevour for every parcel to reach you as quickly as possible.
Returns on crystals are not accepted unless under exceptional circumstances, please email us via the "contact me" page for assistance with this subject.
